About the Role

As Video Team Lead at 433, you lead our day-to-day video team; creators, videographers, editors and motion designers, driving high-performance output across branded and editorial content. You are responsible for reviewing and quality-checking all video output before publication, safeguarding workflow, creative standards and brand consistency while pushing engaging, unmistakable 433 DNA storytelling. Working closely with creative leads, project leads and production, you turn strategy into sharp execution that resonates with our global football audience and delivers real value for partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day video team as a true team captain (creators, videographers, editors, motion designers).

• Play a key role in script writing and its improvement.

• Oversee (post-)production, and delivery across social platforms.

• Optimize post-production workflow, performance, and output using platform insights and emerging trends.

• Deliver branded content that meets client objectives without compromising authenticity.

• Collaborate closely with Creative, Sales, and Production to align concepts with execution.

• Safeguard 433’s brand DNA, tone, and creative quality across all video output.

• Knowing how to translate analytics into insights for improvement of content.

• Make sure the video team translates the Creative Director’s vision into a visual, artistic, and technical reality with optimal performance on 433’s platforms.

What We’re Looking For

Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of the global football landscape, including leagues, clubs, players, and fan culture.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Instagram and Tiktok with their respective video content requirements.

• Know how to translate concepts and ideas into scripts, perfectly tailored to Instagram and TikTok.

• Expertise in branded content and editorial storytelling techniques.

• Strong interest in AI tools and pro-actively embrace them for content or workflow improvement.

Experience:

• Proven experience in a senior video content, D.O.P., or creative production role, ideally within sports media.

• Track record of producing high-performing video content across various platforms.

• Strong experience in script writing. Being able to translate ideas into social media script.

• Experience managing a team of creatives and working collaboratively with cross-functional departments.

• Strong portfolio of branded and editorial video work demonstrating creative excellence.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and CapCut.

• Familiarity with AI models and tools designed for video and photo production.

• Familiarity with camera equipment and gear.

• Knowledge of live streaming production is a plus.
