We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to strengthen our team.

WHO YOU ARE
As a Partnerships Manager, you are responsible for the commercial success and growth of 433. You bring in new business and elevate existing partnerships to the next level. Think of international clients such as Apple TV, OPPO, Activision, and Fortnite. You have an affinity for developing creative concepts, producing content, and you have a heart that beats faster for football.
In this role, you will be part of a team consisting of enthusiastic and driven Partnerships Managers. Together, you ensure that 433 achieves international success. On the road to success, you will meet clients both domestically and internationally, and in doing so, you will also attend some of the most beautiful football matches.
This is a commercial role in which you actively search for new (large) clients and build relationships. In this, you work closely with a broad team of Creatives, Project Managers, Content Creators, and Producers.

Key Responsibilities
Taking ownership of revenue growth and the quality of partnerships; not just closing deals
Actively collaborating with content, creative, and product teams to build IP-driven propositions
Structurally building a pipeline through outbound activities, networking, and long-term relationships
Initiating and maintaining contact with international media agencies and potential clients
Connecting advertisers to 433 propositions and creating new propositions
Developing account plans and forecasts for your client portfolio
Identifying and analyzing commercial trends and developments in relevant markets
Delivering persuasive sales presentations to senior brand stakeholders
Monitoring and safeguarding KPIs and other contractual agreements with clients
Preparing and creating sales reports and client case recaps for internal teams
Closely collaborating with Project Managers and colleagues from the creative team
YOUR PROFILE
As a Partnerships Manager at 433, you go straight for your goal, you are persistent, and you have a strong affinity with social media. It is important that you feel at home in a dynamic and ambitious scale-up environment. You are strong at spotting opportunities and know better than anyone how to anticipate them.

Currently living in or around Amsterdam (the Netherlands) is what we prefer or already planning on relocating to Amsterdam (not our preference and we don't offer a relocation program) or working from abroad only possible for certain locations like UAE or US.

Knowledge:
Strong affinity with producing content and developing digital/social media propositions
Expertise in selling high-volume social media campaigns to premium (sports) brands
Strong knowledge of marketing and brand building
Minimum completed Bachelor or Master degree in a commercial field
Experience:
3+ years of proven sales experience with demonstrated success in (social) media or sports
Experience in creating and delivering impactful sales presentations
Experience in (football) partnership sales with a proven track record
Technical Skills:
Skilled in Keynote and other presentation tools
Strong knowledge of consumer and social media research
Creative approach within the sales process
Fluent in English and preferably also in Dutch. Fluency in an additional language is a plus (Arabic, Spanish)
