YOUR POSITION ON THE PITCH

As a Working Student UX/UI Designer at 433, you’ll contribute to designing intuitive and visually consistent digital experiences for the world’s largest online football community. You’ll focus primarily on UI design and interaction quality, while applying UX principles to ensure our products are usable, accessible, and clear. You’ll work closely within the design team, collaborating with designers, product owners, and developers to contribute to real, production-ready product work. This role is ideal for a student who enjoys designing interfaces, working with design systems, and understanding how UX thinking translates into high-quality interfaces.

Job requirements

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create high-fidelity UI designs, wireframes, and clickable prototypes;

  • Apply and work within our design system, components, and patterns;

  • Translate product requirements and existing UX concepts and flows into clear, intuitive interfaces;

  • Think along about usability, interaction, and accessibility in your designs Iterate on designs based on structured feedback from the design team and stakeholders;

  • Support UI QA by checking designs against implemented features;

  • Help document and improve UI components and patterns when needed.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

  • How to design UI at scale using a production-ready design system;

  • How UX principles such as hierarchy, clarity, and feedback improve interface quality;

  • How a design process works within a cross-functional product team;

  • How to balance quality, speed, and constraints in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • You are currently in the later stages of a Bachelor or Master study in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or a related field;

  • You have a strong interest in UI design and interaction details, with an eye for visual quality;

  • You have a basic understanding of UX principles such as user flows, hierarchy, and feedback;

  • You are familiar with common design thinking frameworks and understand how a design process can run end-to-end, and how its different stages connect;

  • You are familiar with design systems and component-based design;

  • You understand basic usability and accessibility guidelines;

  • You are comfortable working with Figma;

  • You’re eager to learn, open to feedback, and enjoy collaborating within clear constraints;

  • Bonus: interest in football and digital products.
